What is Cloverly HR Suite?
Cloverly HR Suite is a self-hosted human resources platform that unifies Payroll & Salary, Biometric Attendance & Leave, Applicant Tracking (ATS), and Employee Self-Service, plus Work & Project Management and a reporting suite. Built by Apex IT Solutions on Laravel 10 and MySQL 8.0.
Does Cloverly support different tax & labour rules?
Yes. Income-tax slabs, salary components, leave rules, and overtime policies are all configurable to your company policy, with automatic tax deduction during payroll and employee/company tax reports — Cloverly works in any geography.
Is Cloverly available on mobile?
There is no separate app to install. Cloverly is a fully responsive web platform that works in any browser on desktop, tablet, and mobile — including web clock-in with optional GPS capture, leave management, and payslip viewing.
How secure is the Cloverly platform?
Cloverly uses role-based access control with unlimited custom roles and granular per-module permissions, two-factor authentication, a configurable password policy, and encrypted data. It is self-hosted via Docker or cPanel, so data stays on infrastructure you control.
Can I integrate Cloverly with my existing tools?
Today Cloverly integrates with ZKTeco biometric devices, RFID/proximity cards and GPS attendance, and exposes a Sanctum-secured Payroll REST API. Accounting, job-board and conferencing connectors are on the roadmap, and the modular plugin architecture supports custom modules.
What pricing plans does Cloverly offer?
Cloverly offers four tiers: Starter ($4/emp/mo), Growth ($8/emp/mo), Enterprise ($14/emp/mo), and Custom (contact sales). All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required.
